Sometimes, there is simply just too much going on in Paso Robles. Usually that’s the case when it comes to the month of May. It seems to be the month where everything and anything seems to happen. While there is no explicit or defined them for the month, these events seem to complement each other in a relaxed way.
At the 16th Annual Olive Festival, get your fill of olives at this Paso Robles classic. The main feature? You guessed it! Olives. On Saturday, May 4th, 2019 from 10 AM to 5 PM head on over to the Paso Robles Downtown City Park for everything olives. This area of town will be dedicated to olive samples, olive vendors, olive demonstrations, and even live olive-based cooking contests. Still not convinced there’s olive-everything here? Then you’ve clearly missed out on the olive oil ice cream!
OK, so it’s not really about hens. We lied. The Three Speckled Hens is an Antiques and Old Stuff show held right in the Paso Robles Events Center. This show comes to town on the weekend of May 4-5 in Paso Robles. Admission ranges from $12 to $25 depending on how early you want to get there - remember, the early bird catches the worm! With over 150 vendors you are sure to find something that catches your eye.
The month of May is signature to Mother’s Day. The Parrish Family Vineyard is offering you a way to give your mother a special treat this year. Their Mother’s Day Brunch gives you three favorite Spring wines paired with special dishes engineered by their in house check, Rachel Ponce. Get your tickets now for this Sunday, May 12, event. Brunch is at 11 AM and spots are limited.
