Spring in Paso Robles can mean only one thing: Sparkling wine!

And we’re virtually bubbling over with excitement about the Paso Robles sparkling wine scene this season.

So, get the Champagne flutes ready because we’ll be popping the lid off these superb options for lovers of all that sparkles …

Clavo Cellars

Clavo Cellars' Corazon is 100 percent Grenache sparkling wine and brings citrus and apple hints to life. Other wineries that have new sparkling wine in the works right now are Thacher Winery, Cass Vineyard & Winery and Per Caso Cellars.

La Cosecha

If you are only in Paso Robles for the weekend and want to get the most bang for your bubbles, check out one of Paso Robles' wine bars. La Cosecha Bar + Restaurant offers an extensive wine list that features local sparkling wines that match perfectly with its delectable menu. Bonus: the wine list was given Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence in 2017!

Canyon Cider Company

While sparkling wine is the original bubbles, hard cider is beginning to make a splash in Paso Robles. The Canyon Cider Company recently opened a new tasting room in the heart of Paso Robles. With six ciders on tap and food trucks visiting the site during the weekends, this place is simply popping! The Tin City Cider Co. is also jumping in on the fun with the return of their pink canned cider, the Poly Dolly – an amazing a blend of cider and rosé wine. What’s not to love about that?

The friendly BEST WESTERN PLUS Black Oak Hotel is in a prime location for discovering the best of Paso Robles’ bubbly offering. The property is located within minutes of the 250 wineries-plus that make up Paso Robles Wine Country. Family-owned and operated since 1961, this beautifully-landscaped property is the perfect option for a bubbly spring break in Paso Robles.
