Lodging Reservation Policies
- Check-In time is any time after 3pm (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed).
- Check-Out time is 11am noon (Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible).
- This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children.
Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must
advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.
Payment Policies
- A valid credit card and photo identification must be presented at check-in.
- You may pay by credit card, cash or traveler’s checks upon check-out. Best Western Plus Travel Card are also accepted and should be presented at check-in.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Hotel Reservations - Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy for most reservations is 4pm on the day before arrival. Should you need to cancel,
please be sure to contact the hotel or booking site if applicable. Failure to do so may result in your credit
card being charged for the first night of room and tax. Cancel policies may vary when booking special rates via
bestwestern.com or third party sites. Please read the terms and conditions prior to booking.
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in US Dollars.

Extra Guests
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.
Rollaway Beds & Cribs
- Rollway beds are available at $15.00 plus tax per night, please request in advance.
- Pack n Plays may be obtained free of charge, subject to availability, please request in advance.
Free Parking
- Parking is available free of charge, limited to one car per room.

Smoking Policy
- Although the Best Western Plus Black Oak hotel offers smoking rooms, we realize that some of our smoking guests opt for non-smoking rooms. We request that smokers please respect our other guests by smoking in designated areas of the property only, a minimum of 20 feet from any guest room building. At no time is smoking allowed in front of guest rooms, on walkways, stairwells, or laundry areas. Please dispose of refuse in the appropriate containers.
