Old dogs. An alternative definition: guys that have been around for a long time. Steady individuals. Okay, maybe a shaky definition, but we’ll run with it. Said simply: some old dogs are coming to town to perform and for some of the locals here in Paso Robles. The Vina Robles Amphitheatre will play host to some legends that come to grace this humble town.
On Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at 7:00 PM, people will come to flood the theatre as ZZ Top comes to lay claim to the stage for the night. With wine in hand, and legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame music, and like-minded people surrounding you, you’d be in for a great evening. Tickets range from $65 to $135, an inexpensive commitment to see some big names on the stand. For those who are new to ZZ Top (odd concept, huh?), this band is the classic American Rock and Roll that will live on throughout the generations to come.
With not even a week after ZZ Top passes through town, Ringo Starr comes to the stage full of bright energy. Ringo who? My, my, my -- some of us are young, aren’t we? Perhaps you are more familiar with The Beatles, Ringo Starr was a former member before they disbanded, but now he leads Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band and they’re on tour for their 30th anniversary. Come on down to the amphitheater on Saturday, August 31, 2019, at 8:00 PM to see this legend. Tickets range from $75 to $175.
Less than a 10-minute drive away from the amphitheater is the northern heart of Paso Robles. A little quieter of a neighborhood, and it lays home to the Best Western Black Oak. If our distance to the amphitheater wasn’t enough, please know that our location is equipped with some of the finest amenities found in the region: heated outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna, and an onsite diner. Those are just to start the list off, there are still many more reasons to book your stay.
