60 Artisan Micro-Wineries under one Roof? It can only be Paso Robles Garagiste Wine Festival

The highly acclaimed
Garagiste Wine Festival
is returning to Paso Robles for the seventh year from November 10 to 12.
Celebrating the unique passion and spirit of the small batch garagiste winemaker, this eclectic festival features over 60 of California’s best micro-wineries, pouring over 200 wines made from over 30 different grape varieties.
Tasting Nirvana
Over a quarter of the winemakers are pouring for the very first time this year at the festival which was recently dubbed “tasting nirvana” by the
LA Times
.
The micro-winery movement in California is exploding, and the Garagiste Wine Festival brings more and more of these cutting-edge wineries from across California to Paso Robles each year.
Paso Robles Passion
The really exciting thing is that because garagiste winemakers aren't concerned with getting their product onto supermarket shelves, they are free to explore their winemaking passions – which makes for one incredible wine-tasting experience.
The festival is dedicated to the undiscovered and under-recognized artisan producers who are making some of the best, most exciting, handcrafted small-lot production wines in the world.
Driving Innovation
Because these wines are handcrafted in such small quantities, the Garagiste Festival is probably the only place you’ll get the chance to really discover the essence of this uniquely American brand of winemaking, which is helping drive innovation industrywide.
Check out the ‘Rare and Reserve’ event, tasting seminars, the epic grand tasting at the Paso Fairgrounds and the ‘Keep It Rockin’’ after party.
The
BEST WESTERN PLUS Black Oak Hotel
is a perfect accommodation option if you’re planning to check out this amazing festival. Family-owned and operated since 1961, this beautifully-landscaped property features a variety of well-appointed rooms and suites, along with an onsite restaurant, heated pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness center. The hotel has earned a stellar rating from Trip Advisor, so you can rest assured that your comfort is a priority.
